Push Back and Pallet Flow Racking
Push back pallet racking designs utilize inclined roller lanes and guides to allow lift trucks move the forwardmost pallet back and place another. When a pallet is removed, the next in series will automatically move to the front. Systems are engineered and leveled to allow the pallets move freely and easily and maintain personal safety.
Push back racking maximizes square footage since it allows use of a multi pallet depth design in minimal space. These systems are also ideal for food and other time sensitive goods as they insure proper stock rotation by maintaining specific pallet order. A push back system has an efficency advantage over a drive in multi-pallet system in that the forklift remains in the aisle, reducing time spent navigating the racking and increasing the safety of operation.
